We request access to your precise or approximate location only when you use these specific features. You can enable or disable location services at any time through your device settings.

1.2 Camera and Photos

We request access to your device's camera and photo library to allow you to upload photos for events or update your profile picture. These images are uploaded to our secure servers (Firebase Storage) only when you explicitly choose to do so.

1.3 User Account Information

When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we collect basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile picture URL to create and manage your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• To facilitate event planning and scheduling features.
• To synchronize your data across devices securely via Firebase.
• To show event locations on Google Maps.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which may collect information used to identify you:

• Google Sign-In: For authentication.
• Google Maps Platform: For map functionalities.
• Firebase (Google): For backend database, authentication, and file storage.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data.

To request account deletion, please use the "Delete Account" option within the app settings, or visit our Web Deletion Portal. Upon request, we will permanently delete your account and all associated personal data from our servers.
